Lindsey Breitwieser

Lindsey Breitwieser is assistant professor of gender and women’s studies. She has expertise in feminist theory, science and technology studies, and medical humanities with special interest in end-of-life decision-making. Her current book project explores the ethics and politics of brain death during pregnancy. She enjoys teaching courses on the intersections of science and social relations, disability studies, and the bodymind. She is an advocate for diversity and inclusion on college campuses and has focused much of this work on dis/ability, class, and racial equity.
